Avocado and Tuna Tapas

Chardonnay Pairing


About this Recipe

A perfect light tapas that pairs wonderfully with Chardonnay.


  • 1 package yeast
  • 1.5 cups warm water
  • 3 tbsp white sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 6 cups white flour (sifted)

How to Prepare

Stir together tuna, mayonnaise, green onions, red pepper, and balsamic vinegar in a bowl. Season with pepper and garlic salt, then pack the avocado halves with the tuna mixture. Garnish with reserved green onions and a dash of black pepper before serving. Note: would also work on Triscuit cracker if you didn’t want to use avocados.
